With Christmas around the horizon, today’s book recommendation is a holiday book collection by Angela Ford. The three books, which are standalones yet in the same world, are “A Wicked Winter’s Kiss”, a “A Wild Winter’s Warning”, and “A Sleet Storms Seduction”. These books follow three different women who encounter three different magical woodsmen who are more than they appear. In this industrial, steampunk era, where machines collide with nature and magic, a holiday love blossoms. Will each story’s hero’s/heroines be able to conquer their differences, which are world’s apart, or succumb to the evil that lurks?
I thoroughly enjoyed these books, especially the world building aspect with the industrial/steampunk era mixed with the magical winter woods. The backstory to the woodsman, while very “Santa-esque” is still unique and fun to read. It captured me and gave me the warm and fuzzies of a great holiday story while also having enough action to keep me turning the pages! And the ending to “A Sleet Storm’s Seduction” had me squealing with joy!
If you’re looking for a fun, romantic, adventure-filled story with a little mystery and bursting with the magic of Christmas all mixed in, these are your books! I would suggest reading them in the order I put them. You will thank me! 😉
