September 2025 – My short story Taino: An Untold Story was selected to be featured in Flame Tree Publishing’s Beyond and Within series, Latin American Shared Stories edited by V. Castro, author of The Queen of the Cicadas and Rebel Moon to name a few. The book will feature a collection of short stories to bring together tales of myth and imagination based on the folklore of the Latino community. I am so excited to be a part of this and look forward to sharing more information when the release date is announced (sometime in September). June 2nd, 2025 – The Book Swap event at Amour Du Vine hosted by The Story Room Collective was incredible. I truly enjoyed my time meeting new readers, other authors, enjoying the venue (a must visit again!), and Estefania and her team. I will be working with her and The Story Room Collective on more events!
April 5, 2025 – The Cocoa Village Book Fest was absolutely wonderful. I met so many other amazing authors, especially L.B. Anne who is the most kind, inspiring author I’ve met (and she signed my copy of her book The Girl Who Looked Beyond the Stars and she purchased Choices of Power for me to sign!). I also met all of these awesome readers from all walks and ages of life who were excited to read my book, get it signed, and just talk books. It was so much fun and I look forward to going next year!
