While I do not collect information for any use, WordPress, Bluehost, Woo Commerce, and other 3rd party plugins do. This Privacy Policy describes how these parties collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use these services, or make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with me. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information has been collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Privacy Policy will happen from time to time, to reflect changes to my practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The most revised will be posted here with the “last updated” date.

When visitors leave comments on the site the data shown in the comments form is collected, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • Payment processors, who collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit or debit card information, billing address) to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested, to fulfill your order.
  • When you visit the Site, open or click on emails sent to you, or interact with our Services or advertisements, I, or third parties I work with, may automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies.

How Your Personal Information Is Used

Providing Products and Services. Your personal information is used to provide you with the Services in order to fulfill the contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any exchanges and to enable you to post reviews.

Marketing and Advertising. Your personal information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor the Services and advertising on this Site and other websites. The marketing and advertising would be done by third party vendors and not myself.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so the website can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the website (if any), also stored is the personal information provided in the user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How Personal Information Is Disclosed

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
